At Pihu Pickup & Drop Services, we strive to deliver reliable and efficient pickup and drop solutions through our subscription plans. However, if you are not satisfied with our service or have experienced an issue, we offer a fair and transparent refund process under certain conditions.
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
You were charged but did not receive the subscribed service.
A technical error resulted in a duplicate payment.
You cancel your subscription within 24 hours of payment and before any service usage.
Service interruptions or failure that are attributable to Pihu Pickup & Drop Services.
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
After the subscription has been partially or fully used.
If cancellation is made after 24 hours of subscription activation.
If the disruption is caused by factors outside our control (e.g., incorrect pickup address, user unavailability, etc.).
Payment made for one-time or trial services.
To request a refund, please email info@pihupickanddrop.com with your subscription details, payment receipt, and reason for the request.
We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and respond within 7 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
